Planogram Production

In the past Retailers used physical mock stores (in head office or an actual store) and physical products to visually merchandise the new seasonal assortment and then take digital photos for inclusion in an Adobe/MS Word/PowerPoint document to provide guidance to stores for execution. This meant that the VM process could not begin until products (samples) were delivered. In addition, most Retailers have so many variations of store size and fixture programs that this “one size fits all” business process is not effective and does not easily permit the incorporation of product data reflecting what product was on what fixture. Leveraging the 3D capabilities of MockShop to automatically generate virtual 3D digital “photos” and 2D fixture planograms, incorporating user defined product data attributes, enables crystal clear visual direction to be sent to each store. This achieves more accurate execution which in turn delivers an increase in sales. How much would sales increase if Retailers were able to put their very best visual merchandiser in every store?
